Behind IBÙ Experience is 25-year-old entrepreneur Mallen Jallow. She inherited her passion for hospitality from her father, whose Senegalese-Gambian roots taught her that making people feel welcome is never just a detail. That philosophy is reflected throughout the property: nothing has been left to chance, and every element has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel genuinely cared for. Even the name, IBÙ, reflects this vision: offering more than just a night’s stay, but a memorable experience.

IBÙ: two private retreats in the heart of the vineyard

IBÙ Experience offers overnight stays in two designer tiny houses located right in the heart of Domaine de Mehaignoul’s vineyard. Each retreat has been designed to provide complete privacy and comfort:

• a spacious private terrace with a wood-fired Nordic bath overlooking the vines;
• a shared wood-fired sauna with panoramic views across the vineyard;
• and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep.

Sleeping in the middle of the vineyard

The first thing that catches your eye is the floor-to-ceiling picture window in each tiny house, creating the impression that you’re sleeping right in the middle of the vineyard. When you wake up, the landscape is already there, waiting for you.

Another detail that Mallen particularly loves is the large mirrored sliding door separating the living area from the bathroom. Covered entirely in mirror, it has naturally become guests’ favourite spot to capture a sunset photo with the vineyards stretching out behind them.
