Have you changed your mind or made a mistake with your order?
No worries! You have 30 days to return your items to us (instead of the 14 days required by law).
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, odourless (smoke, perfume, etc.), free of pet hair or animal odours, and neatly folded in their original packaging or, if necessary, in a smaller clean and secure package.
How do I make a return?
Simply complete the return request form at the bottom of this page, or go to: Profile > Orders. Select the “Return” option for the relevant order.
Please note:
- If you did not pay with eco vouchers: exchange, voucher or refund possible.
- If you paid with eco vouchers: exchange or voucher only.
- Postage or transport costs are at your expense. They are to be paid directly on the return platform at a preferential rate, which will provide you directly with a return label.
- You may also return the products to our office by appointment (rue de Rosières 2 – 1332 Genval).
- In the case of an exchange, please specify the item you would like as a replacement. We will proceed with the exchange upon receipt of your parcel, provided that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition and that the requested replacement item(s) are in stock.
- Each duvet cover (Satin, Percale or Jersey) is delivered with a fabric bag. This bag must be returned together with the cover; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
