Description
Fabric: 100% local European linen (a blend of natural linen fibres from Belgium, France and Holland), certified European Flax® by our manufacturer and Oeko-tex 100, ethical and ecological.

Care Guide
Washing
- Always separate whites from colours and sort the laundry according to the washing temperatures shown on the labels.
- Washed linen should be washed at a moderate temperature, ideally between 30 and 40°C.
- Do not overload your washing machine!
- If you have bought matching items, try to wash them together as much as possible to avoid colour variations.
- Use a mild detergent and avoid products containing aggressive bleaching agents that could damage the linen fibres.
- Favour washing inside-out.
- Opt for a delicate cycle or a cycle for delicate textiles to minimise abrasion and preserve the softness of the fabric. Avoid intensive wash cycles or vigorous spin-drying, which could cause excessive creasing.
- In the event of a stain, act very quickly while respecting the instructions provided on the product’s label. Use a mild stain remover or a mix of warm water and mild soap and gently dab the stain before placing your sheet in the machine. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this could damage the fibres of your linen.
Drying
- When possible, we recommend to dry your linen sheets in the open air. Spread your washed linen sheets out flat or on a clothesline away from direct sunlight. This will preserve the slightly wrinkled texture of the fabric.
- If you prefer to use a tumble dryer, select a low or delicate programme to avoid excessive shrinkage.
Ironing
- The advantage of the stone washed linen is that is doesn’t require any ironing. The fabric keeps it natural linen look overt time.
- Washed linen products have a natural slightly creased effect and do not require ironing.
- If you prefer perfectly even sheets, you can iron them. In this case, set your iron to a medium to high temperature and iron the sheets lightly humidified. Use water spray to lightly dampen creased areas before ironing.
- Don’t forget to clean the soleplate of your iron regularly to avoid stains on white or light-coloured sheets.

Ik merk dat ik telkens liefst opnieuw het linnen hoeslaken op bed leg. Is inderdaad heel zacht (bij andere linnenmerken duurt het een hele tijd voor ze zacht aanvoelen) en hoeft niet gestreken te worden, ideaal. Over de slijtvastheid kan ik nu nog niets zeggen. Na de eerste maanden dat ik de linnen hoeslakens gebruik ben ik in de wolken. Dus als ze niet te snel slijten ben ik zeer tevreden want de prijs is een stuk hoger dan de katoenen hoeslakens.
