Have you changed your mind or made a mistake with your order?
No worries! You have 30 days<\/strong> to return your items to us (instead of the 14 days required by law).<\/p>

Returned products must be unused<\/strong>, unwashed<\/strong>, free of stains, odourless (smoke, perfume, etc.), free of pet hair or animal odours, and neatly folded<\/strong> in their original packaging or, if necessary, in a smaller clean and secure package.<\/p>

How do I make a return?
<\/strong>Simply complete the return request form at the bottom of this page, or go to: Profile > Orders<\/strong>. Select the \u201cReturn\u201d option for the relevant order.<\/p>

Please note:<\/p>

  • If you did not pay with eco vouchers<\/strong>: exchange, voucher or refund possible.<\/li>
  • If you paid with eco vouchers<\/strong>: exchange or voucher only.<\/li>
  • Postage or transport costs are at your expense. They are to be paid directly on the return platform at a preferential rate, which will provide you directly with a return label.<\/li>
  • You may also return the products to our office by appointment<\/strong> (rue de Rosi\u00e8res 2 \u2013 1332 Genval).<\/li>
  • In the case of an exchange<\/strong>, please specify the item you would like as a replacement. We will proceed with the exchange upon receipt of your parcel, provided that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition and that the requested replacement item(s) are in stock.<\/li>
  • Each duvet cover (Satin, Percale or Jersey) is delivered with a fabric bag<\/strong>. This bag must be returned together with the cover<\/strong>; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
